It’s no shock such scams still exist. Its not surprising people still buy them. The biggest bombshell is the dollar volume: over $400,000,000 was wasted on such rip off’s last year!! Like I mentioned earlier, I bit in this same category years ago with herbal female hormones. Once again - just another truth to keep them out of court - but no redeeming value to be breast growth whatsoever!
There’s no such thing as a pill that will make your dick bigger.
The only legal leg they have to stand on with their claims is they include some basic ingredients that sometimes improve erections. If you're harder? You're bigger! Yeah - but that's not quite what we were after. LOL

Ranked right next to penis enlargement pills in the scam category is the Priopus® Shot. This trademarked marketing platform that's designed to help improve cash-pay income for general practitioner MD’s and shot clinics - loves to boast about the studies supporting its success. Alas, there’s really only one - a half-ass, eleven person analysis by an unaccredited medical school.
Guys who rave on the enlargement benefit from this scam are only naturally responding to the visible and implied benefits of any injection into the penis.
Your penis gets about a quarter on an inch bigger - for a few weeks. This is simply spun out blood - it reabsorbs back into your body very quickly. Don't let the under $1,000 price entry point suck you in. 
There are better options in this regard. Don’t waste your money!
Juvaderm / Aladerm Type Injections for Penis Enlargement
Florida-based Dr. Loria has built a rather successful business practice injecting men with these temporary filler and based upon positive accounts from the Phallobaords - he seems to be doing a fairly good job of it. There are now many others - some better suited. You'll find good guidance from actual customers on the Phalloboards!
However, Dr. Loria's claims about a new "secret" process of adding a life lasting filler is fraught with issues - even worse than PMMA. The filler he proposes is highly unstable due to its high viscosity and thus not remotely suitable for penis enhancement. In about three years? You'll eventually (4-5 Years) have a lumpy and uneven mess - with few options to reverse course.
Finally, don't get conned by bullshit details in this category. I was evaluating one of the sites (can't recall which one) and they were trying to spin the idea that a glans enhancement (where they make the head of the penis larger) - was a source of added length.
Theres a lot of "some guys" rhetoric in this category - since "some guys" think the earth is flat! Work hard to distinguish between fact and fiction.
I love dermal fillers - particularly hyaluronic acid - which I get injected twice yearly into my hips and cheekbones. What can I say? I love looking younger! Which is why I totally think dermal fillers are the ideal pathway for your first penile enlargement.
